Pride comes to Stockport on Sunday

The first Stockport Pride will on Sunday 30th July 2017, 10am to 4pm at Stockport market.
The Lib Dem team will be there, supporting the event and the LGBT+ community, so do come along and say hello.

Has this event had any funding from Stockport MBC?
Hi John – I don’t know to be honest. I’ve not seen applications for funding, but since its outside the Cheadle area it’s entirely possible that they came through and I didn’t see them. I imagine they also got support from the council for organising a complex event across the marketplace area.
