It was recently announced that David Bailey will be standing down as Chair of the Gatley Village Partnership – a position he’s held for several years. The councillors would like to thank David and the whole GVP team for all the work they’ve done.

Here is the announcement:

We are sorry to announce that our Chair, David Bailey has tended his resignation. On behalf of GVP and all those who have been fortunate enough to work with David over the last few years – a big THANK YOU for all your efforts David. We will miss you.

This leaves us with a vacancy – in fact two, because Andrew McKnight has indicated that he will be resigning as Treasurer come December. Further thanks to him for carrying out this post so effectively.
We will be seeking nominations soon. In the meantime – very best wishes to both.
