Good Morning All,
Just a short update today!
This week Monday 9th – Today, we have had one attempted residential burglary during the daytime on Monday. The offender/s have attempted to force a window at an address on York Close, Cheadle, but were unsuccessful in gaining entry.
There have been no theft from vehicle, or theft of vehicle crimes across Cheadle, Gatley, Heald Green, and Cheadle Hulme throughout the week.
Due to the spike in vehicle crimes at the start of this month, we have released some information on social media to try and gather information regarding the offenders. If this message could be shared that would be appreciated.

There is nothing showing to share !
It’s just what appears in the blog above and the idea is for you to use social media to circulate the information to your “friends”.
However, in order to do so you need to be a “member” of at least one of the social media options shown.
That brings me to another point: why isn’t the facebook page public, so that anyone can view it – though not post thereon -without needing to be “on facebook”? GMP appear to have missed a trick there.
