Brookfield Park offices to be converted to apartments

The offices at the end of Brookfield Road, bordering onto Brookfield Park and Laurel Avenue, will be converted to apartments if the developer’s plans go ahead. The law says that developers can convert offices into residential apartments without needing planning permission. They have submitted application DC/074736.
