From the Council:

Contractors working on behalf of Power on Connections will be installing a connection to the electricity network on Cheadle Road, Cheadle Hulme, between North Downs Road and Grange Avenue. The work is scheduled to take place from the 13^th to the 16^th August and will require temporary signals, which will be staffed at peak times.
