The Mayor of Stockport for 2021/22 will be Cllr Adrian Nottingham from Heald Green.

Stockport has a Civic Mayor who does not hold decision-making power in the council, but chairs council meetings and represents the Borough at countless events through the year. The Mayor also nominates a charity to fundraise for during the year.

The Lib Dem team wish Adrian, along with Deputy Mayor David Wilson, every success in the coming year. We have no doubt they will be great ambassadors for the council and the borough.
